My positive feedback in my previous company is i have a much experienced working with good colleagues they know that i cannot speak their language but they help me to improve it even its basic word ,at first its hard to be in the line that i am the first asian from Philippines , even we have a language barrier its hard because we cannot understand each other but its not hindrance for me to understand them i also study czech language basic and with the help of people surrounds me i know that soon the person i meet on the first day we will get along soon and it turns out i was right 15 months working with them we even get along

I hope that the one on the contract we signed that after 3 months their is a salary increase but the benefits every month they gave to employee is good
